hey, did Kerry win the popular vote as well as Gore?
Bush won the popular vote by over 3 million, though there were irregularities in Ohio that may have prevented that state from tipping Democrat and handing Kerry an electoral college win. At any rate, the will of the people wasn't suborned the way it was in 2000.
Today is moving too slowly
I'm trying to figure out the best time to vote. Not during the lunch hour, right? More like early afternoon? But this is complicated by being close to a school of higher learning. Hmm.
Ohman - Tim Robbins was unable to vote when he went - he was not on the rolls. Seriosly - not a smart person to strip off the lists. time, money, and fame.
Tim Robbins
He and Susan live in my neighborhood!
Waitaminnit. I was born in Buenos Aires to two US citizens (my mother and father, coincidentally); I can still be president, right? I should probably phrase that differently: I am still eligible to run for president, right? (I totally should not be president. I'm too wishy washy. Though, I've always wanted to get the REAL debrief on aliens, UFOs, etc. Hell, they probably don't give that even to the President.) Is president, as in POTUS, always supposed to be capitalized?
I voted! There were no lines, but this is Delaware. We'd kind of all have to go to the same polling place to make a decent line.

ruh roh. Where is he? In CA? Or NY?

It depends on whether or not they were there as part of the diplomatic corps, etc. If they were there of their own volition, you can't be president.

Not true! My family alone can make a rather substantial line!
Actually, a friend posted video of his polling place in DE which is one of my old middle schools (I went to several). There looked to be a ton of people there.
My sister-in-law was born in Germany to military parents but not on-base. She has a German birth certificate and a US certificate, but she had to get naturalization papers as well. I'm not sure if she's eligable--though probably just as well, with her fine-tuned grudge-o-meter.
