Anya: It's lovely! I wish it was mine! Oh like you weren't all thinking the same thing. Giles: I'm fairly certain I wasn't.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Where was Andrew Jackson born?

The OTHER Carolina. I'm sure of it.

(Srsly. Somewhere right near the NC-SC border, but the surveys weren't exactly good at the time, so nobody knows. So I will very generously allow SC to have him.)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

hahahha Jesse's on the same drugs as me today.

Too much caffeine and sugar? WOOOOOOOO!!!!

Of course, what I really need to be doing is my self-evaluation. Or the many things on my to-do list, so that my self-evaluation is better. But whatever.

Puppycam fans: Does anyone else have this problem where the puppies are sleeping and you navigate away to another tab, and forget that they're there, and then when they wake up and start rasslin' your computer is suddenly making all kinds of little squeaks and barks?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Just about two hours in Los Feliz today. Also, very excited coffee bean barrista was just about jumping out of her skin, it's her first time voting, today.

Both Kristen and I are fretting about what to do for the Election Show dinner.

Compassionately intolerant

Totally, amych.

The other day, I left my puppy cam tab open and completely wigged when people started talking in my office.

Freaky-deaky.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Just talked to an Indiana coworker, who said their republican governor is probably getting reelected today, but they "do like to split their votes," so she's keeping hope alive for Obama in IN.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

hey, did Kerry win the popular vote as well as Gore?

Bush won the popular vote by over 3 million, though there were irregularities in Ohio that may have prevented that state from tipping Democrat and handing Kerry an electoral college win. At any rate, the will of the people wasn't suborned the way it was in 2000.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I'm trying to figure out the best time to vote. Not during the lunch hour, right? More like early afternoon? But this is complicated by being close to a school of higher learning. Hmm.
