Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Supposedly Obama will be on the Daily Show tomorrow night [link]

Isn't tomorrow night when he bought an hour (half-hour?) of prime-time TV? I haven't heard shit about it for weeks.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Auntie j can take her to games

Heh. Not to the 49ers, unless we want her to grow up thinking bad football is the norm. But I could take her on the VROOM! once she's old enough.

I also have the Big Love for college football.

College football is something I have to be actually at the game in order to enjoy it. But it is fun.

I prefer to be at the game for hockey, too - I mean, I LOVE hockey, and will go as much as I can, but televised games don't quite capture it, you know?

Yes it is. The Obama show will be a half-hour.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Perfect! If Matilda continues her interest Auntie j can take her to games and JZ can go enjoy something she's into!

Of course that means that means they'll be seeing Oakland or the Niners, and if those teams continue to play as dreadfully as they have in recent years, it will put Matilda right off of football.

Heh, I just got an email from my Baconfest crew about that.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I will love Baconnaise!

Also, I'm afraid I can't watch the Obama show because I'm pretty sure it will not the Variety Hour promoed on SNL last weekend, and that will be too disappointing to bear.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Of course that means that means they'll be seeing Oakland or the Niners, and if those teams continue to play as dreadfully as they have in recent years, it will put Matilda right off of football.

I can't believe they're any worse than the Pop Warner kids who sit on each other and then stand around scratching the scabs on their elbows while the guy in the stripey shirt frowns at the ball on the grass.

It's not that they're getting outplayed by superior teams, it's that the football they've been playing is dreadful. Ham-handed, uncoordinated, unmitigated disasters. It's like watching the Bad News Bears some Sundays.

I'm having post-partum depression, you guys!

Did no one else double take here?

I'm supposed to be in meetings most of the afternoon. I have shit to do. Ahrg.
