My cats are going as couch pillows for Halloween - it is a stretch - and they've decided to just stay in for the night, so no one will really get to see them "in character".

Can anyone help me with a question? I want to get hold of software that'll allow me to generate a map of the US with state colours user-defined. I'm up to do a speech in Toastmasters on Nov 3, so I figure it'll have to be about the Presidential election. I'd like to be able to make some visual aids for it. (I gave a speech last year on the US electoral system, but only got through the House and Senate before running out of time.)
