Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I cut my hair last weekend and did such a bad job I need to do it again this weekend. But I've just had a rum toddy for my throat so I think it will be tomorrow.

Yeah, hair escapades and alcohol are probably contraindicated.

Still feel like ass. At least I have kleenex and drugs now. Alternately hopeful and grim about MK. He's eating when offered. That's something. But he's not back to his old self and that's hard. His energy seems to come and go in waves, and the good ones whipsaw me all around and the bad ones take me to places I should leave alone. I'm still scared I am going to lose him.

Anyway, given my cheery state, I shouldn't probably be online.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

{{{sarameg}}} I hope you'll feel better soon.

Orange is not your color. Better to vent until you gather a few Buffistas to provide alibis.

The status is NOT quo.

Cashmere's at my house tonight. We gave each other pedicures and watched Tivo all night. She was nowhere near the scene of the crime.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

It's a good thing they don't wear the black and white stripes anymore. Husbands ::coughpetecough:: would not be safe.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I was watching a movie that I was extremely interested in while DH was (I assumed) already asleep, upstairs. I had to trim a hanging toenail so I clipped them in front of the tv.

DH walked downstairs and asked me what the noise was. He has this thing about nail clipping so most of the time I clip them outside. Um, MIDNIGHT--NOT going on the porch to clip my fucking toenails. He snapped at me then went back upstairs.

Now I'm just thinking of the million little things he does that drive me NUTS that I never mention.

Ima make a list then burn it.

Swouncing

Skipping oh-so-much to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is a double Buffista birthday: both Burrell's as well as Calli's.

Happy birthday, Burrell! Happy birthday, Calli! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
