“Not dead yet!”

Go, Mr. Kitty!!

And for the parents of girl children, I have GOT to do a monster cleaning of Abby's room/closet. Who knows what size ranges lurk in the depths, but as soon as I know, I'll put them up. Girl has got a GREAT former wardrobe.

I was incredibly honest (read: cynical) during our panel. The unpubbeds were half-frightened, half-grateful for the honesty.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

And oh, Steph. Sorry about the still-there-vertigo.

Cheese and crackers on the couch has been very restorative. (Well, I don't actually know, since I haven't gotten up and therefore don't know if everything will spin around when I *do* stand up.)

It's a goregous sunny 60-degree October day, and I want to walk the dogs, but I'm thinking The Boy will veto that, too.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Oh, and also - Kat, I have two copies of LoTF and one of BNW. Unfortunately, they're in Hebrew, but I might have a LoTF copy in English as well. I'll look into it on Monday.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I woke up with a mutant death cold and finally convinced myself to put on outside pants for a trip to Walgreens. Now that I'm fully medicated, I'm trying to work up enough energy to make chili.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Re: clothing swap

I still have the spreadsheet from last time, so the matching up will be really easy.

I'm still really paranoid and while he's eating (wetfood only so far) and drinking, I hate seeing him uncomfy.

Add to that this cold is making me depressed (not the thought of it, it is physically depressing me) and I'm a bundle of laughs. I'm not hungry (cold) but I have to eat something and everything I had in the house made me recoil at the thought of it going down my throat. So I got some cereal and soymilk. It's food.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

On the way back from Paragould today I saw what may be the poorest taste advertisement ever to appear on a billboard: the phrase "Jesus loves you this much," over a background image of the crucifixion positioned so that the outstretched arms illustrate the point.

I didn't know whether I should be appalled or bust out laughing.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I need someone to inspire me to get to the pharmacy. I need more antihistamines, plus to fill a prescription. I just feel like so much shit.

Art Crawl!!!

Matt - I laughed.

But - I'm not actually a Christian.

Also, I feel so much better now that I have allergy meds in my system. Too bad they don't do anything for the sore tooth.

And I spent another Saturday afternoon at the library reading.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

He registered through a voting drive

And he didn't receive a voter registration card in the mail afterwards? That's odd. Perhaps he should check that he is indeed actually registered where he thinks he is, and get a replacement card if need be.
