Anya Christina Emmanuella Jenkins. Twenty years old. Born on the fourth of July — and don't think there weren't jokes about that my whole life, mister, 'cause there were. 'Who's our little patriot?' they'd say, when I was younger and therefore smaller and shorter than I am now.

And now Devi just gagged. (With her, I normally suspect hairball issues, because she's got so much fluff and an over-tendency to wash whenever contaminated by the Humans, it happens. But I'm a little crackers now.)

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Oh, poor sarameg. kitty-ma to you.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

get what sleep you can , sara. I spent enough sleepless nights from june thru august , mostly over a cat that still isn't 100%

imagine if I had kids

sarameg - Oct 14, 2008 7:01:18 pm PDT #4578 of 10001

I keep thinking if it was kids, I'd hope hold it together better in front of them. Cats, they just take umbrage over their fur and salty fur. Like I care.

Mister Kitty is Mister Crank. He hissed at Devi to make her move, and he never does that. He can't get comfy. It's awful. OTOH, he's still got the energy to crank.

I really do see this ending up with hospital if not worse unless there is a major turnaround in the next 24 hours. I was looking through my old email and files, and the last case of unbidden hunger strike was just over 2 years ago. I left it longer than this time, but the meds were the same and it still required iv. Sigh. I wish I'd told them to give him a sub-q today.

It's pathetic and sad that my heart lifts at boring, usual poop.

I've been reduced to that.

And as soon as I'm sure Mk isn't going into insulin shock, I am going to bed.

Maybe I should take the day off.

The status is NOT quo.

Oh sara. What a day. {{{you and Mr. Kitty}}}

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, sara, poor you and Mr. Kitty. I vote take the day off. You'll be worrying all day anyway and won't get anything done. Stay home, get some sleep, putter around and do happy things you like, and you'll worry less 'cause you can be there.

eta: And no matter what happens, Mr. Kitty is very lucky to have you for a human and has led a great life with you. None of this feeling guilty for Loki stuff; this is not your fault.
