It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I wanted to go to that, lori, but didn't realize it until after the event was over.

I HAVE SO MUCH WORK TO DO. How will I go on?!?!

“Not dead yet!”

Mostly, I just think that different times call for different cheeses. I would Not Be Pleased if I went to a wine bar and ended up with Kraft singles, but I'm also not going to make a grilled cheese sandwich with manchego.

I now want grilled Halloumi with chili sauce.

The plastic cheese grilled cheese sandwich is a distinct (and delicious) category from all other grilled cheese sandwiches.

And should preferably be served with Campbell's tomato soup.

I like Red Delicious apples. Also Galas and Fuji.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Grilled cheese sandwich + Campbell's tomato soup = OTP

Especially if it's snowy outside and you just came in after making a great big snowman and/or snowfort and having a snowball fight with your siblings.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Don't forget the homemade hot chocolate!

Recently I tried a piece of vegan chocolate cake without dire consequences. It cost me $3.49 but it was quite worth it!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Mostly, I just think that different times call for different cheeses.

"Different people like different shit" - Cowgirl Jesse.

See, she's not a flip flopper. She's always steered the middle course.

The best grilled cheese I've had in recent years is (oddly enough) served at the Hog Island Oyster Bar.

For lunch I had...a muffeletta!

I thought of Dana while I was eating it.

eta: Hog Island Grilled Cheese: Cow Girls' Mezzo Secco, cave-aged Gruyere and Fromage Blanc served with house made pickled vegetables

It's served crispy hot (breaed) and gooey melty (interior).
