I just tried to take my a/c out of the window, and couldn't get the window up. I think it's partly two years of being in that position, and partly my lack of leverage. Any ideas?

Well, I just had some very spicy queso-- the upside is my nose is now running so much, I can no longer smell the stinky bath salts. This is good, I think.
