Is anyone else in the country noticing gas prices plummeting? The station I drive by in the morning was at $3.02 (down from around $3.20 a few days ago), and a friend in northern OH just emailed that it's down to $2.67 where he lives.

It's $2.77 here, it's been dropping pretty quickly the last couple of weeks.
Yep - my local station was down to 3.49 this morning (from 3.79 earlier this week).
Yeah, I'm like, "dropping yes, but $2.67?!?! That's just crazy talk!!!"
My mom said that the cheap gas near her just went down below $3 yesterday. She had a few trips to run around her neighborhood yesterday, and the slightly-more-expensive station would drop two cents each time she passed it, three times in one afternoon, and it was at $3.09 the last she saw.
Mine was at $3.89 on Tuesday night, but I don't know what it is now.
Go Allyson!! I hope the rest is easy.
I have posited that the G.O.P. has persuaded oil companies to start lowering prices before the election so the Republicans can point at them and go "Look! See?! It's working! We lowered gas prices! Vote Us!"
Aims thinks that might be tinfoil-hat talk, but I don't know.
Okay, I had to go look. $3.89 by me.
Yay Allyson! Fly Sam, flap your little wings!
I just got the editing overview letter from Editor Emily, and the line-edited version of the manuscript lands on my doorstep tomorrow. She thinks I did a good job, but wants me to expand some topics and watch out for repetition. Why am I freaking out about this? Why?
Also, why isn't there a damn teleporter so Allyson and I can hang out tonight and flail at each other about writing?
