Yeah. The sugar in maple syrup takes longer to get into your bloodstream than brown sugar, honey, refined sugar, etc. So you don't get quite the sugar shock....

TJ's has THE BEST frozen steel cut oatmeal. It is something like $1.50 for two servings that heat up in 2 minutes. Nom, nom. I miss it like mad.
