Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What's NY1 again?

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

NYI is a 24-hour local news station. Low budget, low drama, wry anchors and reporters-- it is mocked on HIMYM as Robin's place of work. Here I have no idea how to get all my local information in so compact and low-fuss form. I honestly don't know the week's weather! Or what the mayor is doing! Or what is in the local papers every day! I would watch that all day. Steve Edwards is not an adequate substitute!

I am so the last person to ask...but I do have a list of LA area RSS feeds that I skim.

I suspect that would be highly inadequate.

Dear lord, I have the dilaudid itches. Gotta find me some Benadryl.

Actually I have been trying to figure out how to replicate all the media I used to subscribe to. So please help! So far I've got LAist, Defamer and Eater LA -- basically sites with NY progenitors.

Try LA Observed: [link] and Eating LA: [link] off the top of my head. My blogroll is very disorganised, so I'll sift through it for the LA stuff tomorrow.

Oh, and also:

a highschool friend has tagged me in a picture on facebook

I know high school, army and other friends posted a lot of pictures with me in them and my name next to it in Facebook.

I'm just ignoring that info.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

An entertaining article from the Economist. Apparently the Bush Presidency has had some problems. Who knew? [link]

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

An entertaining article from the Economist. Apparently the Bush Presidency has had some problems.

Of course, that didn't prevent the Economist from being one of Bush's most enthusiastic apologists during most of his presidency. Wankers.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy belated, Sail!

HIMYM was totally my life right now.

Poor dislocated bon bon.
