That's really interesting, and reminds me of the Bill Bradley campaign office I went to volunteer at here in NYC back in the day. It was so pathetic, I pretty much immediately stopped supporting him, since if they couldn't get anything going in NYC, where could they?

St. Louis is a pretty strong Obama area, maybe McCain has a better presence outstate in Missouri. Missouri is always Kansas City and St. Louis vs. the rest of the state.

Obama is also campaigning hard for the one electoral vote in Omaha, since Nebraska splits its electoral vote on a per-district basis.

So a loudish woman, clearly Democrat, was saying she heard a rumor that Biden would be dropping out on Monday and Hillary would be tapped. Anyone hear this? That sounds crazy.
