Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's really interesting, and reminds me of the Bill Bradley campaign office I went to volunteer at here in NYC back in the day. It was so pathetic, I pretty much immediately stopped supporting him, since if they couldn't get anything going in NYC, where could they?

Coding and Sleeping

St. Louis is a pretty strong Obama area, maybe McCain has a better presence outstate in Missouri. Missouri is always Kansas City and St. Louis vs. the rest of the state.

Obama is also campaigning hard for the one electoral vote in Omaha, since Nebraska splits its electoral vote on a per-district basis.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

So a loudish woman, clearly Democrat, was saying she heard a rumor that Biden would be dropping out on Monday and Hillary would be tapped. Anyone hear this? That sounds crazy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Benjamin Bratt is such a pretty man.

Yes, that's what I do with headache days--answer job-related emails and watch procedurals.

And the female DAs on L&O are much of a type, other than the chick from Angel, huh?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

That sounds crazy.

It is crazy.

Always Anti-fascist!

I think that would be very disrespectful of Senator Biden. And we aren't the ones playing defense right now.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I watched bits and pieces of the debate last night and one thing where Palin was acting like she was teaching Biden something. Reminded me of something and I couldn't remember what, until just a little while ago. January 2007, was it? Tom Cruise on Today with Matt Lauer and saying, "Matt, Matt, Matt" before setting him straight on the evils of psychiatry.
