Oh, God. Oh, God. My hair. My hair! The government gave me bad hair!

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Librarian Warlord

Car~ma, sj!

A holiday hivemind question: What little trinket to give to the people who work for me? Food items are probably not the most welcome idea, as we get deluged with sugary-goodness from the various law firms in town. I figure I should put a little something-something in about 20 mailboxes based on last year's experience/observations.

eta: Just as a starting point, the Circulation people give their folks ducks from Oriental Trading, for example.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

sj, tons of car~ma to you.

Shir, healing ~ma your way.

They scheduled a meeting an hour before I usually get in, and I have the strongest of suspicions I will have nothing to contribute. It's with the set & lighting designers talking about the show after Xmas. Fun! Ugg. Gronk.

Our wings are not tired.

Sparky, I find that candles are usually a good gift. Last year I gave my direct staff AmEx gift cards, and everyone else received candles, liquor, fancy soaps and for the people I knew to have Christmas trees, icicle ornaments from Gumps (surprisingly inexpensive but look so fancy coming from Gumps!).

Go Tom with the job!!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Interview~ma to Tom.

Some David-and-Emmett~ma, please? I just left the shower and missed a call from David--the car overheated just past the Bay Bridge and stopped dead in the middle of a crowded freeway, and he was calling to get our emergency roadside service #. I called back, got his voicemail, left all the info, and haven't heard back yet.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I just called the car place and they said that everything is going well and they'll call me when it is done, and now I am trying to run around and randomly put away messes in the apartment so that when my friends show up in a half hour they don't think that we're total slobs. How do things get messy again so quickly?
