Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Aimee, that is hillarious in that it shows what a complete idiot he is.
I was just doing some research on the Spina Bifida Association website. I didn't find what I wanted, but I did find out that it is National Spina Bifida Awareness month. So, I will get on my soap box for a second and say that if you plan on getting pregnant in the near future, you should be taking your daily dose of folic acid now.
I also found out that Stephen Colbert is going to be the guest of honor at the annual SBAA annual benefit roast which makes me like him even more.
Aims, I think that your ex-landlord may be a sitcom character.
$260 later, our house haz teh heats.
Well, plus the $26 I spent on a new digital thermostat at first.
$286 is not bad for furnace repair after 9 years in the house and 16 years on the furnace.
Yay, heat! Our heat and our toilet are supposed to be fixed at 4 today.
Very Yay, Heat! Now Harvey can resume his love affair with the heat grate.
Sumi, for a badly decayed wisdom tooth that was so abcessed I could not open my mouth for a proper Xray, local anaesthetic plus nitrous oxide did the job nicely. In fact, it did it so well that I'm kind of looking forward to the next time I have good reason to ask for the gas.
GC - your cats look so cute when they are thoroughly pissed off.
Aims, your landlord... gah! The stupid, it burns.
Aims, are you sure your ex-boss/landlord/scumbag is actually from this planet?
sj, don't they suggest that any woman of childbearing age take folic acid to cover unplanned pregnancies?
It is raining, which is great, but the dog is bored, bored, bored. You know, dog, you'd have more things to play with if you stopped burying them. He's a great digger, though. The other day he dug a whole the size of his head and then kept trying to get to the rodent he was after. He looked like a Headless Dog.
I had a worst case scenerio on Wisdom tooth extraction.
One of my wisdom teeth had tendrils instead of roots. They not only squiggled around, but were long and almost pierced my nasal cavity.
They had to put me under general anesthesia and (TMI font)
crack the crown in four, and twist out each root by itself.
when I got out from under, I drove myself home, because mom didn't like the brakes on my car. Also bought a chocolate mint malt at McDonalds, so it must have been March.
to cover unplanned pregnancies?
And the miraculous ones?
"There's a star in the East, but I've taken my folic acid."
Hey, I've already finished three classes' worth of grades. I needed a break!
::high five's Emily::
Two sets of exams are done, 2 more will be done before I leave today and I think most of the misc paperwork is almost finished. It looks like I'll actually be able to enter grades Monday afternoon!
Do I get a cookie for being good and getting all this stuff done?
