Drank a little bit, so I apologize for any "eh, Shir? This isn't really English" mistakes.
Don't worry, Shir. We love drunk posting.
'Ariel'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit, hon, I barely manage to post in English half the time and it's my native tongue.
not only English, but the Buffista dialect. While drunk. Ya, I'm impressed.
juliana must be in Sunday afternoon heaven. The Pack's kicking the shit out of Indy. While I like Peyton well enough, right now, I'm all for anything that keeps their overall record near ours.
Now the freakin' Titans...
Sparky-have a good flight! I hope your congestion eases... And that your head doesn't go boom.
Uhnhn. So tired. Pumpkin farm from hell. Too many people. We had eight adults and six kids in our group and I got to take all the kids through the corn tunnel by myself how?
That was a hell of a game. I can't believe that the one game (so far) I made it to Lambeau for this year was such a disaster, but I'm glad to see this. I mean they stomped the hell out of Indy - has Peyton given up?
Good times.

You know, I don't know-- he really doesn't look like himself, does he? Two INTs returned for touchdowns just doesn't happen often to him.
Apropos of nothing, I really, really, really freakin' hate this new wave of Geico cavemen commercials.
My back is feeling much better this evening. We ended up staying home and reading the paper and then doing errands. Tonight we are having chili and wine and watching baseball. Overall, a very good Sunday, imho.
Ginger, I'm from the same school of time-keeping as you, so I feel particularly hypocritical - but I do always apologise! And I'm always sorrier than a sorry thing! (It's just...I'm remarkably incapable of learning from experience. Sometimes I successfully trick myself into being on time, but sometimes I just...don't.) If he were apologising, then it wouldn't be pissing me off so - it's the rudeness of showing up and not even acknowledging that the rest of us have been put out by him. Again.
Fay, that is beyond ridiculous. In my world, we're past "talking to" time and into "once more and you're out". But I was raised in hard-ass old-school theatre manners.
See, if we could replace him, then that might well be happening. But we're amateurs, and we had only a 6 week rehearsal period in the first place - now we've got two weeks before we're on stage. So kicking his tardy ass to the curb isn't an option, and we don't want him to get huffy and walk, because then we're screwed. We just want him to, you know, come to rehearsals. In a reasonably timely fashion. Or, if he isn't going to be able to make it, to phone and tell someone. Or answer his phone, when the Stage Manager is ringing him to find out where he is.
Ack.
Okay, venting over. First world woes, blah blah blah. Anyway, I'm a happy bunny because it's the half term holiday. Although I'm still at school, trying to sort out some of my shit. Um. But still - yay for leisurely days!
It's too bad he isn't playing a Mr. Exposition character - you could give his lines away to others and say, "Oh, did we forget to tell you? However could that have happened, I'm sure we discussed that during rehearsal."
