Atherton: Half the men in this room wish you were on their arm, tonight. Inara: Only half. I must be losing my indefinable allure.

Spike's Bitches 42: Which question do you want me to answer first?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Healing~ma to Daniel. Also to Frank.

Continued ~ma to J, sj.

Trudy, I love the idea and the dress is so cute! If I did anything on Halloween, I might even steal this idea, I like it so much.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm very tempted as your standard of cute is remarkable, Glamcookie.

Oh! I bought Hello Kitty picks today. They're much smaller and thinner than the picks I'm using but DUDE... they change when you tilt them. On one, her hand is up, on the other, she is strumming down. Shredding Kitty.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I just talked to T. J's surgery officially started at 1. It's going very well, but it isn't over yet. J refused to put on his hospital gone, and when the doctor asked how he was this morning, he strongly expressed his displeasure about not being able to eat or drink.

Thrive to spite them

OH Daniel ! Lots of vibes and healing ma going your way.

I have set up an appointment for a new therapist for Oct 14. This is two days before My Internet Boyfriend (for lack of a better term) is coming to visit that may be interesting.

But anyway we'll see, the doctor seemed very nice on the phone.

OMG! I dunno what else to say. I thought my mother's apartment is bad.. well, it is, but not THAT bad. She hoards flyers, mail, and papers. But how many drink cups can you balance on a chair? And the ciggies. I couldn't figure out what the bags in the bathroom were until I read the comments. Eeew! Those poor cats. I hope they got away. I have to say, the ironing board free and clear (mostly) did crack me up.

ION, I had a talk with employee (after he left for dinner break without asking!!), and put it gently but sternly of "why do you disrespect me, the theater, your job..." kind of thing. He didn't quite realize it as disrespect, and was very apologetic, and promised to be better. Last year, the boss died at the beginning of the season, so he was an intern with no supervisor. He says he is still not used to the whole "team" thing. We shall see. Is there some kind of Time Management program? Not quite 12-step or Weight Watchers, but, you know, something that I can say "you've identified this as a problem, how about this to help you learn to make it right". Not sure if such a thing exists. Is it a you either have it or you don't kind of thing? (and why do I always want to put an "h" in the middle of "exists"??? Crazy brain).
