I also slept like crap. I was in this weird state almost all night where I was sort of asleep, but felt like I was awake. All night. And I felt like I was dreaming the whole time. And my cat kept laying on me in different configurations, her favorite being with her butt right in my face.

Maybe if it had RDA in it, I'd feel differently. Or at least happier about not sleeping.
