Happy Birthday, Shir!
I'm right there with you in the Insomnia Club, Sue (eta: and Sophia). In between car stuff and family health stuff, I'm really starting to hate my bed.
Maybe if it had RDA in it, I'd feel differently. Or at least happier about not sleeping.
Happy Birthday, Shir!
Yay, Juliebird! And kitty, stay home next time!
Another member of the insomnia club here. I have no problem getting to sleep. But for several weeks, I've been waking around 4 and not getting back to sleep. And for the last few days, I've been waking earlier.
With RDA in my bed insomnia would be no problem at all. Sadly, I'm not sure that's an entirely practical remedy. I foresee some logistical issues.
Also, I tried holding magenta and orange up to my face this morning, and I swear I didn't look any different. I am never going to be able to find out if I am a winter or a summer!!!
RDA
Who? Richard Dean Anderson?
Richard Dean Anderson?
Yep. You betcha!
I tried holding magenta and orange up to my face this morning,
Anyone else picturing a struggling Magenta from RHPS here? Just me? OK.
juliebird - so glad your cat came back!
Happy Birthday Shir!
I'm in the insomnia club, too. I think I'll be wearing cranky bloomers all day as a result.
My daughter was up in the middle of night. She left the tell-tale signs, lights on in the living room as well as a horse magazine and Artemis Fowl book on the floor next to the sofa.
