Lorne: Snakes? Uh-huh. And they came out of your what? Okay. Okay, well, did they get up there themselves or is this part of a, you know, a thing? No, I'm not judging...Do we fight snakes? Angel: Only if they're giant. Or demons. Or giant demons. Are they giant demon snakes? Lorne: Well, unless this guy's 30 feet tall, I'm thinking they're of the garden variety.

Art Crawl!!!

My cats seem to have a routine that involves sleeping in different parts of the apartment at different times of day.

A schedule that I can only glimpse when I take a few days off.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Maybe it's just me, but while it looks like all they sell is A and B cups, they almost never ever fit me. I would go from VS to Macys to Nordo on a doomed quest every year. Maybe my breasts are just freakish and wrong, at least from a manufacturer's POV.

Are the Nordies fitters no help? They're really the only place I trust for a fitting.

I was a teen with a smallish chest, one with a medium chest, and one with a large chest. I developed in fits and starts.

For me, the kind of comments and pressure with the large chest were far, far worse than with the small and medium. It was a shock to my system.

When I'm at home, my cat prefers to sleep in her condo, because then she can usually keep a closed eye on me (if I head into the bathroom, she'll usually show up within a few minutes). However, I know that she likes to hang out in my bedroom if I'm not home, because lately, that's the direction she's coming from when I open the front door.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm so completely hourglass that anything that fits my hips/thighs, leaves about a four-five inch gap at the waist

Low-rise jeans have been my SALVATION :: everybody say amen :: It cracks me up that I'm wearing Old Navy's lowest-rise, but they tend to be perfect.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Low-rise jeans have been my SALVATION :: everybody say amen ::

When low-rise first came out, lo these 10 years ago, that rise was my salvation. I think they call them medium-rise now? Whatever, I just want to make sure I don't need to get a Brazilian wax in order to wear jeans. (Which it's too hot for in SF currently. Phew.)

I know you'll be a little busy while you're here, but I hope to see you this weekend! For more than the five minutes I saw you last time you were in town!

I guess it depends on how much of a slavedriver the wee one is! But, yes, I hope to see you.

the smirky sarcasm is going to get old really fast

Sadly, I have to point at the current incumbent ... eight years of smirky self-satisfaction.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Are the Nordies fitters no help? They're really the only place I trust for a fitting.

Oh I agree, they are good. But yeah, there have been times when nothing fit me, even at Nordo. Eh. It just means I try to buy a few when I find something.

I wear a somewhat larger than "average" size bra and I've found that every so often Marshall's or some other discount place will get an influx of GOOD bras in my size. There are a couple of brands that seem to fit just right and, when I see them, I ransack the racks, scoop up everything in my size, and carry them off in triumph.
