Is gmail down for anyone else?
Yup. I was just trying to backup some files by e-mailing them to myself, and I was afraid that my latest poisoning-computer curse hurt Google, as well (and right when shrift starts to work there, too).

My commute has turned into an obstacle course due to resurfacing. And I think there's a really BIG problem at work. Blearg.
I used to get asked by other kids what language I spoke at home when I visited the Midwest. It is a lot better than it used to be (though I still often have to repeat the New in New Mexico for clarity) but NM Magazine still runs the "One of Our 50 is Missing" column for a reason: [link]
