Had a bad start to the day. Woke up an hour early to find the poodle had pooped in the kitchen. Did I mention this is BIG dog? J heard him walking around during the night for a long time, but thought he was just restless. Um, not so much.
Then, since I was up, I decided to get ready for work. First I weighed myself, to find that my anniversary/birthday week of good eating had resulted in a gain of four lbs. Bleagh.
I stopped for gas on the way to the office and my car would not start again. I had forgotten my cellphone because I Are A Idiot, but someone lent me theirs so I could call AAA. After a long wait, AAA dude came and it was not my battery but my starter. The guy got the car started by the interesting technical method of hitting the starter with a big pipe while I turned the key. I am not kidding.
I drove straight to the garage and dropped it off, then walked to work. Bleagh.
