Most people is pretty quiet right about now. Me, I see a stiff -- one I didn't have to kill myself -- I just get, the urge to, you know, do stuff. Like work out, run around, maybe get some trim if there's a willin' woman about... not that I get flush from corpses or anything. I ain't crazy.

I knew moving to this new job would include more responsibility and independent work. I didn't expect to be totally on my own. Day three now and none of the 6 folks who sit anywhere near me, including my boss, are in the office.

Not really complaining cause I'm getting work done and I can visit here without guilt, but geeeesh. Glad they trust me.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My boss put the fear of god in me, so I was at work at 6:30, when I wasn't supposed to be there until 7. That was possibly a mistake, as now I feel I should be done for the day. Also I got in trouble for eating. Awesome.

Don't take this the wrong way if it applies to you, but does anyone agree with me that events people are kind of crazy during/around the actual event?
