I've flown the night of the Fourth. The only thing notable was that when viewed from whatever altitude planes fly at, all fireworks are red. Or maybe you can only see the red ones. Either way.

I sorta half made pad thai for dinner. Needs more kick (and I don't have any hot sauce) but other than that, it's pretty good.

Pico is totally stoned, drooling, wandering around the house eating everything in sight. I had roommate like this back in university.

Man, the appetite stim I had for both my cats didn't stone them. It made them foam at the mouth (because it tasted so bad) and want to kill me (because it tasted so bad.) Hope Pico's on the mend.

When I brought Amarna back from the vet after taking her in to see what was wrong last month, I knew she was already feeling better when she headed straight for her food dish and snarfed down half of her kibble. And all they had given her was an antibiotic and subcutaneous fluids.

I give up. I am having sufficient difficulty with simple tasks that there's no way I'm driving home. Which means it's off to the ER with me.

This is so *almost* a waste of time, you have no idea.

Ah, the 4th. Know what ND and I are going to be doing the weekend of the 4th? Taking his cousin and her daughter to Disneyland. They are visiting from Ottawa and will likely not get another chance to go. Disneyland. On July 4th weekend. t cries and cries and cries

Was it Cyproheptadine? That's what Pico has. The mouth foaming is really bad - one whole side of his head is soaked from lying down. I'm wondering I If should call the emegency vet and check it out. Googling makes me think it's not uncommon though.

My cat, Josie, is really starting to go downhill. She has started not using her litter box on occasion. Her weight is crazy low. She cries whenever I pick her up. I would think now is the time to put her down but she still purrs, cuddles, and eats. This sucks. Poor little kitty-boo (and me, too).
