I'd really like to know where they were taping from and whether or not there was a privacy fence. Were they filming from their backyard or from a second floor window? I think bounds were overstepped in more than one direction. Ack, there's just so many unknowns and we're presummably not getting the entire story. The dude is still whack, though.

I want to know what contortions they had to go to in order to get the tapes. That's a pretty big piece of information to be leaving out - being in proximity to a school isn't the same thing as in easy view of a school, neighbors, etc.
If it were in easy view, I imagine they'd make a point of saying so, which leads me to believe the guy's not the only one in the neighborhood with some issues.

Yes, there is a LOT of information being left out of that article - I'm having a hard time imagining a circumstance where wanking off on your own private property and being videotaped leads to YOUR arrest and not the creep who's doing the filming.
