I want to know what contortions they had to go to in order to get the tapes. That's a pretty big piece of information to be leaving out - being in proximity to a school isn't the same thing as in easy view of a school, neighbors, etc.
If it were in easy view, I imagine they'd make a point of saying so, which leads me to believe the guy's not the only one in the neighborhood with some issues.

Yes, there is a LOT of information being left out of that article - I'm having a hard time imagining a circumstance where wanking off on your own private property and being videotaped leads to YOUR arrest and not the creep who's doing the filming.

It looks like the charges have nothing to do with having sex with the table,but with some info he was giving to kids and public indecency ( which may or may not have anything to do with table.
