Lydia: Its removal from Burma is a felony and when triggered it has the power to melt human eyeballs. Giles: In that case I've severely underpriced it.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

It would simplify our defensive position, it's true.

I launch a nuke at the basestar in Sector 5, and play an SP-3 on the roll.

BSG

And the roll is.... a 5!
But the SP makes it 7!
I'm not sure how you launch a nuke a destroy all those cylons without hurting the RSV and civvie at the same time, but you seem to have done it.

Given your current situation, Informing the Public doesn't seem like much of a crisis... but there it is. Details to be sent in email.

BSG

Yay, nuke! Yay, jump track!

I could help with the skill check, I could not help with the die roll. Die roll looks like the better deal but my decision making has not gotten us great results lately so I'm not sure if I would listen to me.

Through sheer force of will! In the Exodus expansion, if you roll an 8 when using a nuke, you destroy everything in that sector. Civvies, raiders, space piranha, everything.

Anyway, on to the latest crisis. If I chose the die roll, Helo, do you have an SP?

Alas, no, I am as lacking Strategic Planning as ever.

Pity, that. Well, failing the die roll isn't so bad anyway, so let's do that.

I choose the die roll, pass on interrupts.

This will leave me at 2 cards over my hand limit, so I will need to discard. It's the same choice regardless of the die result:

I discard G1, G1.

BSG

Per my COs, there are no interrupts on this die roll.

And the result is... 3! That means morale is also now in the red, at 5. And you've gone from 12 population at the beginning of this round to 9 at the end. Is the upside you only lost 25% of your population? Only time will tell.
