Per my COs, there are no interrupts on this die roll.
And the result is... 3! That means morale is also now in the red, at 5. And you've gone from 12 population at the beginning of this round to 9 at the end. Is the upside you only lost 25% of your population? Only time will tell.

Ok, on the plus side, it's not Massive Assault. That would've been a gamebreaker right now.
On the negative side... Well, just about everything else. Ouch.
