So there is something I can do, besides scream like a woman?

Still shooting blanks, I'm afraid.

.... a 2!

Even with the help of the Admiral, that doesn't get you to lucky number seven.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

Well, bugger. I was sure my strategic plan of "Put on a blindfold and use the force" would do the trick.

Next time my advice will be "Drink until you can see two of them. It doubles the size of the target."

It's a shame that didn't go better because they just keep coming...

You are now Besieged by a Cylon Attack!

Details to be sent, but, of course, we'll see some of this attack played out right here.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

BSG

Well, dang. That doesn't look good.

The 5 raiders in Sector 6 have been now activated.

In no particular order:
Raider #1 has damaged (6) the RSV. It is now back in the hangar in hopes of one day being repaired by Chief.

That means Raider #2 destroys Civvie D. Lucky for the humans, that ship must have previously been attacked by Reavers from another network because it was completely empty.

Raiders #3-5 therefore move to Sector 5.

Ouch. Yep, that's a bad one. Aside from the new ships, it activates raiders. Then the new raiders get activated immediately, that's nine activations this turn. I think we're going to lose some civvies out of this.

Edit: Ninja'd! Great, now we face an unholy alliance of ninjas, pirates and zombies. How will we get through this alive?

After adding everything to the board, the 4 new raiders are activated in Sector 6.

Roll #1 1! A miss!
Roll #2 8! You sunk their battleship! (I'm sure the pilot of that RSV was like the son the Pradmiral never had.)
Roll #3 5! More work for Chief!
Roll #4 7! And the newly arrived civvie is down. Starbuck must be giving those raiders extra training. (That was a 1 population loss, folks.)

Wow! Finally some action! Too bad for Team Human.

Ninjas and pirates working together? Uh-oh.

Ok, team, group huddle! For my turn, I'm still thinking to XO the Chief to blast away at the raiders in Sector 5. It'll buy us some time. The alternative is that I could use a nuke on the basestar in Sector 5. With an SP on the roll, we have a 50/50 chance of taking out the three raiders with it. However, that means a 50/50 chance of leaving them there.

What do you guys think?
