You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

BSG

Those both sound pretty good to me. I'll be no help with either.

Chief, your Admiral and President has reminded me that due to your recklessness, you must discard 1 card to reduce your hand to 8.

I can`t help it! Losing all those people, common people like you and me, it just makes me get so angry I lose my judgment! It makes me want to grow out my beard and start a labor uprising. But I guess that`ll have to wait until we`re all safely on Kobol and disillusioned with our lives. Which is looking like a slimmer and slimmer chance all the time, by the gods!

What I mean is, apparently I`m going to need those repair cards so I might as well discard my B3. Harumph.

BTW, the destruction of at least one civilian ship in that recent Cylon Attack means that Thirty-Three is no longer in play and has been discarded.

(I have to say, in a completely ooc way, I kinda love the combat in this game. There's so much that can happen and choosing the right reaction is challenging enough to be interesting. It's simple, but effective.)

Okay, looking at the options, well, I think we're screwed. But we gotta make a stand, and I think if ever there were a good time for the big guns, this may be it, other than after whatever chaos will follow the next Cylon turn. There is a basestar in the same sector as three raiders, so if we got superbly lucky, we could take out quite a bit. But we could also not get superbly lucky, and I don't have an SP to help out.

So it's risky. But it might be worth the risk. I'm certainly willing to try to get some vipers moving, as it is, as they say, a target rich environment out there. It's just a matter of what we think will be most effective.

You know, before we all succumb to our inevitable doom. What? I'm not exactly known for my sunny and optimistic disposition!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

It would simplify our defensive position, it's true.

I launch a nuke at the basestar in Sector 5, and play an SP-3 on the roll.

BSG

And the roll is.... a 5!
But the SP makes it 7!
I'm not sure how you launch a nuke a destroy all those cylons without hurting the RSV and civvie at the same time, but you seem to have done it.
