pass/play on interrupts are all in. We have Zarek pounding the conference table, and throwing in his Yellow 3, as noted. This skill check are the last two cards for the first shuffle of Destiny Deck, so it has been replenished. While doing that, we depleted Tactics deck, so it too has been shuffled and restocked.
Now, for the news you have been waiting for. The Destiny Deck plays:

Yellow 5 (total +3)
Almost halfway there. Not too shabby. Guess the Gods of Kobol are with you on this check. Since it is Helo's turn, that puts the first play to Tigh. Sir? SIR! Aw crap. He's passed out again. Let's see how long it takes for him to wake up this time.

And I think I don't have to discard a last card if I have one since the next player's turn is my ownI would defer to billytea's expertise on this, but your card says the following:
Alcoholic: At the start of any player's turn, if you have exactly 1 Skill Card in your hand you must discard it.
Last time I checked, Tigh would fall under the category of "any player". It would seem to me that if you play one card, and have only one card at the start of your turn, you would have to discard it before getting your card draw. billytea? Am I reading this right?

This is correct. Tigh's, erm, condition would be evaluated before his card draw, so if you're down to one card at the start of your own turn, I'm afraid you would still lose it.
