It would seem to me that if you play one card, and have only one card at the start of your turn, you would have to discard it before getting your card draw. billytea? Am I reading this right?
This is correct. Tigh's, erm, condition would be evaluated before his card draw, so if you're down to one card at the start of your own turn, I'm afraid you would still lose it.
