For those watching at home, IC is Investigative Committee, which means everyone plays into the skill check face up, and SR is Scientific Research, which would mean blue cards count as positive for the skill check.

I only have 3 cards, but I can help with this check if necessary. Is there anything specific we need to do on my turn that I might want to save them for (more repairs, etc.)?
BSG
I can help a lot with this check.

My vote is for saving the Armoury until the Chief's turn. We won't need it before then, and he gets a free action to do it on his turn.
While we're not under attack, we can use the time to build up resources and get defences in place. Some options:
1. XO the President to draw more Quorum Cards.
2. XO me to work the Press Room for more Politics.
3. Move to Command and launch a couple of vipers. If you do that, Apollo can jump in one of the vipers and take a bonus action. If he has an XO or a Launch Scout, then this could work out well.

I'm all for scouting but I don't see why we need vipers launched if we're not currently under attack.

It's a precaution for if we do come under attack. Attack cards typically don't launch more than two vipers; there's one at least that doesn't launch any. If we already have some birds in the air, it gives us some extra confidence.

I can help a little.
Everyone knows I have two cards. Note I'm better off putting none in or both, as otherwise I will have to discard my last next turn because Tigh drinks the last card away. (Speaking of which, unless we're in deep trouble, when I can, I'm tempted to go to a card draw area myself and build up a bigger hand so this becomes less of a problem. Maybe research lab for some blues).

That sounds like a good idea to me. Speaking for myself, if Destiny isn't too painful here, I'd be fine with you holding onto your cards and finding yourself an AA meeting building up a little buffer zone. The President's indicated he can help a lot, and I can pull my weight too.

Pass on interrupts and I can only help a little with this check.

Hi folks, sorry for the radio silence. I was looking for some fuel, and er, um, was out of radio contact distance. Yeah, sure. (OK, so it was a dinner party where I made a kick ass lasagna, but while prepping it, the dishwasher blew up. Great timing).
Anyhow, thanks to the scouting mission, BillyTea was able to keep things going. Thanks mate.
With IC played, and SP passed, let's get to the actual Crisis Check. Helo starts the action.
