The one I find most annoying seems to just sit there & then where her turn comes up she starts looking at her character sheet to decide what to do. She very rarely joins in roleplay. I realized it was an issue when I was writing the session recap and her character's name only came up twice.
Plus we have a new guy who has taken over an NPC of mine and run with it like whoa. Before this session I wrote up some additional character background for him and I had some roleplay planned that revolved around his character but because the battle took so long we never got to it.
p.s. I totally want to steal your DH's idea, raq.
We used to have a guy who would wander off, or work on some craftsy thing at the table or, no shit, fall asleep.
We killed his character a couple of times. Then we just didn't call him anymore.
It was the doing crafty things at the table that REALLY pissed me off. Because the table was unusable for the game - it was totally taken over by his craft shit.
wow. Maybe I should be happy that she pays attention to the game at all.
Was that the fire crafty stuff? Or someone else? As a new guy, I thought it odd to not pay full attention working on something else, then wanting a quick recap before playing turn.
It's certainly made me feel a bit better about sometimes forgetting I'm up next in initiative.

Billytea, I know the nuke can take out additional raiders if they are in the same sector, can the nukes do collateral damage to friendlies too?
No, friendlies are safe from nuke use.

Oh, that is completely unacceptable. I take hand-sewing projects with me to games, but it's all stuff that can be held in my lap while I'm
paying attention to the game.
I had a player who used to play games on his DS/PSP while we were gaming. Thankfully he stopped doing it when I explained to him how disrespectful to me and the other players it was.

I don't think we're quite in break out the nuke territory, yet. Apollo can clear out the remaining raiders with a max firepower and decent rolls. One Basestar can't launch any more raiders so it's left with firing on Galactica (and I'm not sure how common that is. I've only seen it happen once or twice in each of the games so far.)
Question, BT: If I launch in a viper on my turn, I know I get another action after I launch. Does the mean I can move my viper (since I start in the hanger and will have another move action left) and then still attack, or am I stuck with moving or attacking?
