This card sucks! Our lowest resource gets a hit no matter what. I'm tempted to say save the cards, but we can use the jump track advancement.

1. Your lowest resource is still Fuel at 2 (I'm sure that's a great comfort).

b) If you pass the check you lose nothing.

If you have COs, feel free to send 'em in. You're still in the brig of course, so you're limited to one card.
