You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Edit: P.S. WE ARE FRAKKED, PEOPLE!

It was widely agreed that the one quality that had been most influential in Saul Tigh's rise to hold both military and civilian authority was his ability to inspire and comfort those below him.

Holy Frak!! All I can say is, thank goodness it's when we have resources, and not at the end of game when running on fumes. But damn! 2 big cards on the board so fast! Frak!

BT, I get to play this round, right? After Mr. Convict?

That is correct. You'll start your next turn on the Hangar Deck.

If Zarek can XO me, I can nuke the basestar before it's accompanying raiders escape the sector.

Long shot, but worth mentioning.

Not sure the odds diff, but an XO of the chief to fire twice on basestars.

Even from within the brig, Pradmiral, I still have influence. I suggest you allow my friends here to help you aim, arm, and detonate one of those nice strong nuclear devices we still have on that mass of Cylon ships.

Gods help us! I hope I didn't take all those anti radiation pills down on Caprica. Looks like I may need some up here.

Not sure the odds diff, but an XO of the chief to fire twice on basestars.

Nukes get better odds. They never miss completely. On a roll of 1-2, they damage the basestar twice (firing on the basestar has a 1 in 4 chance of doing this (actually 7/24 to be precise, as the first shot could cause structural damage). On a roll of 3-6, a nuke destroys a basestar outright. On 7 or more, it not only destroys the basestar, but takes out up to three raiders in the same space. If an SP is played, the odds become 100% of destroying the basestar, and 50% of getting three raiders too (as long as there are still raiders in the same space).

The limiting factor, of course, is that you only have two nukes for the entire game, and only the Admiral may use them.
