'Hell Bound'

Johannesburg has been discarded. Then plague spread in Istanbul which resulted in an outbreak, leaving central Asia... suboptimal.
Plague also spread in Mexico City which, well it isn't good, but doesn't pose any particular problem.
I think the top priority needs to be killing zombies in central Asia. If Algiers comes up, it's the end of the world.

Ugh. OK, how about this:
Medic: Grab two Red, teleport to Osaka, cure Osaka
Researcher: Teleport to Milan, move to Istabul, treat Constantinople
CP: Move to Algiers and treat Algiers
As useful as the Medic would be in Asia Minor, they have no cards to get there and Osaka-Taipei is also pretty dangerous.

I think that's the best we can plan for right now. Medic just doesn't have the cards to help with Algiers. We might want the Researcher to treat Algiers though. Istanbul just got infected so infection won't hit there unless there's an epidemic.
With any luck the Medic will get an event card and we might have more options. I mean, one has to show up at some point.

Hmmm, that's a point. Only thing is, there's no direct line from Milan to Algiers. It'd be one treatment in Algiers vs 2 in Istanbul. bt, any thoughtzzzzzz?

First thought: I can cure Algiers this turn. I can steal Chennai from the Researcher and use it to travel anywhere on the board. It may delay me actually banking the Red cure (and possibly delay the Black cure as well), but given the state of Black right now that might be necessary. The Researcher will still be able to bounce to Osaka on the next turn and take both it and Taipei off the boil.
Second thought is I could still create the Red cure this turn, though I agree it'll probably have to wait.

I think curing Algiers would be a great move. I forgot that you can burn a city card to fly from that city. I think we could survive something horrible in East Asia, but we can't survive an outbreak in Algiers.

So it was written, so shall it be. The Medic takes a charter flight to Algiers with the red cure in his pocket and then eradicates all the zombies. Then the Medic draws Delhi(Black) and.... an event!!!! One Quiet Night.
Decisions need to be made...

If we do One Quiet Night now. I, the research lady, can go to Bangkok, fly to Milan, build a research station, and move to Paris to hand cards to CP. CP can pick up the discarded One Quiet Night move to Paris and get my two black cards. The CP can use One Quiet Night again if things get out of control in East Asia before the Medic can fly to Taipei and start working his magic.

Given that our CP can pick this back up, should I play it now? One might suggest it's most valuable later on when we're drawing more infection cards per round, but we could really do with a guarantee that Osaka-Taipei will wait for our Researcher to get there (and hopefully allow the CP to deal with New York).
