GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Wow. That's a lot.

I originally bought a PS4 Pro to play FF7 Remake but also picked up a bunch of "classic" PS4 games.

Horizon Zero Dawn is the first one I played and I absolutely loved it. My only real issue with it (as you pointed out) is the climbing, which isn't always intuitive and lacks a way to easily determine where a grip point is. My biggest hope for Forbidden West is they either revamp the climbing or else add the ability to highlight grab points with your Focus.

But yeah, HZD is easily one of the most beautiful games I've played and I found the story, voice acting, the music and the combat to all be top notch. After I finished I immediately started a New Game+ on Ultra Hard and went through again to get Platinum.

I also loved FF7 Remake. I was skeptical about the action combat system (and even played on Classic my first time through to avoid it as much as possible) but it eventually grew on me. I thought the new take on the story was really well done and enjoyed (for the most part) the expansion of the Midgar storyline and characters.

I'm currently playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey (even though I've never played an Assassin's Creed game before) because it was on sale and I love Ancient Greece but I'm finding it kind of disappointing so far. While the climbing is superior to HZD it's otherwise inferior in every way. I'll probably play it through but I don't see myself doing any replays or trying for Platinum.

On Deck:

Spider-Man

The Last of Us

Uncharted series

Our wings are not tired

I'm finally taking the time to play through Alien: Isolation on the Xbox. It's years old and is the first game I've taken the time to play since we actually purchased the Xbox One. Kristin plays a lot of games, I just got way out of the cycle of turning on the game systems and playing.

I go through phases with my free time. I'll do video games for awhile, then I'll stop playing video games entirely and read books and then a few months later I'll binge a bunch of TV/Movies before eventually cycling back to video games.

Hey. New board.

Kalshane are you playing as Cassandra or the other dude? I haven't played Assassin's Creed, but lots of buzz I read said to be sure to play as Cassandra.

Hey. New board.

Broke out Ring Fit Adventure for the first time yesterday. Very fun and cute! And does a great job calibrating so my 5 and 8 year old children and I were all able to do appropriate exercise for our strength and fitness levels.

I'm playing as Kassandra. I thought she looked cooler than dudeface.

Hey. New board.

I'm almost done with Jedi Fallen Order. I can definitely recommend it if you like exploring, challenging sword combat, or Star Wars. The combat challenge can be turned down to very easy if that's not your thing but I'm loving playing it on hard. Getting myself ready for Bloodborne.

Jedi Fallen Order is on my list of games to eventually pick up. I have enough backlog right now that I'm comfortable waiting for a Black Friday sale or a $20 GOTY Edition.

Still struggling with Assassin's Creed Odyssey. All it's really doing right now is making me want to play through Horizon Zero Dawn a third time.

Hey. New board.

Time to quit my friend.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

...if you like exploring, challenging sword combat....

I had to quit the fencing/swordplay games in my Wii because I kept unconsciously advancing on my opponent and it was putting my TV at risk.
