Ick. I hate "No effect" crisis cards. Then again it's better than a less bad passing effect.

It's a low threshold. I'm running low on cards in those colors. How's everyone else doing? Who can help/not help?

An StP only allows you to draw more cards if you currently have four cards or fewer. Presently that's just Romo. Chief has five cards, so if he plays an interrupt then he would qualify too. Kat and Zarek are pretty much out of range.
