Cards out to Baltar. For Cottle's second action, he activates Command: launch an RSV in Sector 5 and move it to Sector 4.
Apollo now uses his Forward Thinker ability to activate the Press Room. He targets Gaius Baltar. Baltar draws another mutiny card and must then discard one; he does not go to the Brig. Apollo discards his own mutiny card, which is:
Assume Command
President Baltar, when you're ready, please post which mutiny card you discard.
