He'd have to have a Super Crisis to play one on an XO. Ending Infiltration doesn't give a crisis draw like Reveal does.
Unfortunately none of these Quorum cards seem applicable to our situation. If you really want to help, getting Helo into the sky might be best.

I think you can XO any other player, they don't have to be human. But I might be wrong and it'd probably be good to have a pilot in the sky.

I can't XO Helo; he's next. Cottle in Command wouldn't get us too much, unless we go with the old double Treatment option.

Well, there's one that could help if we had a plan, which we don't, sadly. But you can exchange your miracle tokens to raise Morale, can't you?

Cylons can't be XO'd. While not infiltrating, Leoben counts as a Cylon.

And speaking of Fuel - what's our endgame condition again? Are we going to 7-plus-one-jump or 8 or something else?

Who is unhappy with their Mutiny card? It seems some are more beneficial/less harmful than others.

Point, I was thinking Morale because it's lost more often. Fuel might be useful too.

End condition is 8 Distance plus one more jump.

That is actually an intriguing idea, although it would be a waste if the next Crisis Card already has a Jump icon. Hm.
