Since I started in space, do I get the second action? Or is that only on my turn? I think that ability only counts on my turn.
Correct, it only applies on your own turn. And no, movement between space sectors is still movement. You still get one shot:
Fire 1 and only: 2. Miss.
It's only what they expected, Starbuck, you need to be more devious! Perhaps you should:
Set a Trap
Current Player's Choice
Doc Cottle, when you're ready, please post your choice.
BSG (Doc)
WTF, Starbuck? I thought you were an ace Cylon fighter!
Whatever, this would be an excellent skill check to pass. Do we have the skills to pay the bills, as probably no one on Galactica would say? I could do my bit, our Admiral is still grieving for Hoshi, so he's no help. President, Starbuck, can we put down Jean-Ralphio?
Aim for his financial statements, he's definitely weak there.
BSG (Starbuck)
What the hell? Is my trigger finger busted or something? Too much ale? I demand a recount! Or a new die. Or something.
Hey, I think we should go for this check. I can help out some.
BSG (Doc)
I will just assume Laura can help since she didn't discard all her cards on her turn.
Option 1
And
IC-3
while I'm at it.
BSG (Roslin)
I can help! Let's send Jean-Ralphio back to Entertainment 720 where he belongs.
BSG
We have an Investigative Committee on the check. "Set a Trap" has become "Acceptable Parameters for Deployment of Dedicated Structures for Immobilisation and Containment of Electroconductive Humanoid Nonpersonnel"! Everyone else passes on interrupts. The check begins! And almost ends.
Set a Trap:
10 GP
Destiny:
2 cards
Hoshi:
0 cards
Starbuck:
At Any Cost 5
Roslin:
At Any Cost 4
Cottle:
Running tally: 9 + Destiny.
Cottle is last to play.
BSG (Doc)
LS-1, LS-2, SP-3

A big play there from the good doctor. Current tally is 15, five points over the pass level. Is that enough to cover Destiny? It adds:
Special Destiny 2
Sabotage 3
Treachery ahoy!
Tally: 15 - 5 = 10. Exact pass!
Jean-Ralphio falls victim to the deviousness of others, as is so often the case. Incidentally, either of those AACs would have added more to this check as an interrupt. Not that you needed it.
Next, the raiders return fire on Starbuck:
Raider 1: 8. Viper destroyed!
I neglected to get EM COs, so I'll ask now: Starbuck, do you play an EM to save your viper, or pass?
BSG
I've heard from Starbuck;
she plays an Evasive Manoeuvre 2.
Let's reroll:
Raider 1a: 5 - 2 = 3. Miss.
Raider 2: 5. Viper damaged!
But Starbuck has a second Evasive Manoeuvre 2, which now sees the light of day:
Raider 2a: 2 - 2 = 0. Miss.
Some inspired moves there from the fleet's ace pilot.
That concludes Cottle's turn. Adama's cards are going out. Admiral Adama, when you're ready, please post your move and action.
