Unfortunately I did not draw an xo. I could launch a nuke but there's that small chance of nuking Starbuck. I could move to command but maybe we want to keep the vipers where they are if there are more civvies placed on the board. I could launch a scout.

Hm. Command does seem like a natural place for you to hang out, even if you don't want to move vipers right now. It might do Starbuck good to have some help.
