Partial pass is no longer an option. The JR-1 lowers the pass level to 7, below the partial pass level. The check is now a straight-up pass or fail check. And everyone else passes on interrupts, so it begins!

Tally: 8 - 1 = 7. Pass! No effect. Well, almost no effect - since the check was Reckless, the BL-1 from Destiny takes effect, and places a basestar in Sector 1 and a civvie in Sector 4.
Finally, the heavy raider and the jump track both advance. That concludes Leoben's turn. Apollo starts on the Resurrection Ship and draws one card only. He has opted to draw Treachery. I have COs for his turn, but with the addition of the basestar on the main board, I'm going to confirm matters before enacting them.
