'Fraid so. The cylons are also limited to one card into the check, though. Destiny has about a 1 in 3 chance of being positive by my count.

I do have purple and yellow cards right now, but not high ones, if that plays into your decision.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

BSG

I would love to get out of here and use some of these fancy piloting cards but I hate to waste any cards at all if passing is not more likely than not. I do have one good card I can play. What do you think Apollo & Tigh?

I have the option of staying here and taking two actions. I could (for example) scout the crisis & or destination decks. If I'm not out we don't draw a crisis (yay!) but the jump track does not advance (boo!).

Hm. If we are successful in getting you out, you can move but that's it for actions, and then we get a crisis? And if you stay put and scout the crisis deck, no crisis on your turn and Cally gets a chance to muck with the crisis deck (or the destination deck, for that matter) before the scouted card comes up. But only one of them.

I think we could get you out, but it's not a slam dunk, fwtw.

Eta: XO not an option, I take it?

XO is an option but (sound of bars being rattled) I want out of here. Also I can't play an XO and a CS in the same turn (frakkin rules!)

I was thinking that on my turn I could XO you to get out of the Brig and then you'd have another action coming to you once you are out. But if you use the CS to get out of the Brig you would have another action this turn, is that right? Ooh, could you get to the Main Batteries and Be Awesome?

If you were to XO me now, I could do something that I think would make it easier for us to pass the Brig check later as well as reducing our centurion infestation a little, but you'd have to wait to get out and you have been in there a long time.

I feel like I've spent half my BSG playing life in the brig but if staying in just a little while longer helps make it easier to get me out when my time comes I can dig it. What do you think, Apollo?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

By my count as well.

Ooh, I totally had this dream where Kat CSed a brig check and then did something else!

I really can't help very much on this Brig check, and the Cylon spikes could make it difficult to pass. But I think we're always going to be in a bad position to get Kat out of the brig.

An XO to me could move me into Sector 5 to provide backup and build up my Yellow. If I get that frakking Political Prowess, we'd be set.

Tigh did just specifically draw Yellow to get you out, so maybe we should just go for it? I don't know what Cally's planning.

OK wait, so even though I'm in the brig I can play the CS to pass the brig check and because passing means moving to any location, I still have an action left?

Yeah, the downside to maneuvering now to get you out later is Cally running interference. Let's not wait.

Free Kat now! You'd think as Pradmiral I would be able to just open the doors.

I am pretty sure that's how it works! You don't move. You use one action to pass the brig check. If you pass, you get to move. And then you have another action left! And using the Main Batteries to take out all those Raiders would be pretty brilliant. Then we could focus on the Centurions.

Of course, if you fail the brig check, you will also still have an action left to scout something, I suppose.
