I do not currently have any repairs to play. I'm thinking I should XO someone to get the extra action and perhaps down the line someone can XO me and I can try to draw more blue and get some repairs done. Any thoughts?

We haven't actually USED her, but she's still a good shield for when shit gets real. And the CIC is better against basestars than Weapons Control.

I have orders from the President to finish her action by playing an Inspirational Speech. This involves a die roll that may raise Morale, and can be modified by a Strategic Planning before the fact and/or a Calculations after the fact.
