I do not currently have any repairs to play. I'm thinking I should XO someone to get the extra action and perhaps down the line someone can XO me and I can try to draw more blue and get some repairs done. Any thoughts?

This involves a die roll that may raise Morale, and can be modified by a Strategic Planning before the fact and/or a Calculations after the fact.
