Oh, yeah, that's a very nice regular ability. She'd be really fun to play as a Cylon, I bet.
Laura ROSLON is one of the most successful Cylon characters. The Visions are a powerful tool, and she starts as President! What's not to love?

Gotta say, I will find it a strong temptation in any future games just to make you a Cylon from the start again, no matter what the loyalty cards say. That was too much fun to watch.
Well, I hope I will make a fun human too. In those cases, I will be yelling about who I think the Cylons are.
(Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you actually did get to spike any skill checks until after you revealed.)
Nope! First, it seemed too early, then they were playing ICs, and then Roslin fingered me, and then whenever I wanted to spike a check, there were too many people not playing cards or the color I would use to spike wasn't something Roslin drew, and basically there was never a good opportunity to do it without getting caught very quickly. I may have been overestimating the suspicion and deduction from Team Human, though.

...Ok, that would be fun too. You are once again Schrödinger's Cow.
I've been footling about with what we might do for the next game, and wanted to get others' preferences. Here's the deal: we've just played with the Pegasus expansion, using just the standard additions. That seemed to work pretty well. The new elements got some good use (except for executions) and it was a fun game. We could play under the same rules again without any trouble. There's now Exodus too, and its standard additions are quite minor. There's only one not-quite-new mechanism - some new skill cards have special effects when added to a skill check (like the Treachery cards in a Reckless check). Other than that, it's just more variety in the Crisis Cards and skill cards and such like. I'm confident we could manage that. Alternatively, we could go back to the base game.
I suggest, then, one of three options:
A:
Base game only. You kids, get offa my lawn!
B:
Standard Pegasus, just like the last game.
C:
Standard Pegasus and Exodus. None of the optional rules from either one.
Anyone who's thinking about maybe playing in the next game, I'd like to hear from you what your preferences are, out of A, B and C. You can rank them all if you want (preferential voting!). Who's interested?

If you like any of the other new elements, you can make it a write-in candidate. I'm happy to run whatever people want. Things I left off the list: a Cylon leader, New Caprica, any of the Exodus modules. My reasons:
Cylon Leader:
I don't think it works well as a balancing mechanic.
New Caprica:
Big jump in complexity; changes the game significantly.
Conflicted Loyalties:
Changes the game balance - makes life harder for humans and easier for Cylons. (That's deliberate, and some people may like the added challenge.)
Cylon Fleet:
Actually, I like the concept. It makes Cylon attacks less feast-or-famine, and makes pilots more interesting to play. But it's a lot more complicated, and there may be a couple of bugs in the design.
Ionian Nebula:
WAY too complicated to throw in just like that.

I like variety but I also favor simplicity so I vote C, B, A.

In order of preference
1 B
2 A
3 C

I think I'm going to sit the next game out. I've played in all but one so far and feel like just spectating this time around.

I'm game for another game. Let's go with D, B, A, C.

Update on planning for the next game: we now have four players signed up (Laga, -t, Polter-Cow and NoiseDesign). Pegasus is currently the option leading in the polls. The game will be starting this coming weekend at the earliest.
We have room for one or two more players. Anyone else interested? Veterans and newbies are both welcome.
