Kaylee: So how many fell madly in love with you and wanted to take you away from all this? Inara: Just the one. I think I'm slipping.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

If you like any of the other new elements, you can make it a write-in candidate. I'm happy to run whatever people want. Things I left off the list: a Cylon leader, New Caprica, any of the Exodus modules. My reasons:

Cylon Leader: I don't think it works well as a balancing mechanic.
New Caprica: Big jump in complexity; changes the game significantly.
Conflicted Loyalties: Changes the game balance - makes life harder for humans and easier for Cylons. (That's deliberate, and some people may like the added challenge.)
Cylon Fleet: Actually, I like the concept. It makes Cylon attacks less feast-or-famine, and makes pilots more interesting to play. But it's a lot more complicated, and there may be a couple of bugs in the design.
Ionian Nebula: WAY too complicated to throw in just like that.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

BSG

I like variety but I also favor simplicity so I vote C, B, A.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

BSG

I think I'm going to sit the next game out. I've played in all but one so far and feel like just spectating this time around.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG

I'm game for another game. Let's go with D, B, A, C.

Update on planning for the next game: we now have four players signed up (Laga, -t, Polter-Cow and NoiseDesign). Pegasus is currently the option leading in the polls. The game will be starting this coming weekend at the earliest.

We have room for one or two more players. Anyone else interested? Veterans and newbies are both welcome.

This is worth a look. Over on boardgamegeek they're running a LOLcats game of BSG: [link] Occasionally hilarious.
